**Hours: Mon- Fri 8a-5pm**

+ Is an ambitious and self-driven HR Generalist with a passion for excellence in the administration of payroll, benefits, compliance, and leave-of-absence programs.

+ Lead and coordinate payroll process and all related activities.

+ Coordinate all benefit related processes & open enrollment while focusing on technical accuracy and compliance.

+ Assist in managing third-party relationships for payroll, benefits & 401k and maintain a cohesive working relationship with vendors.

+ HRIS Superuser: Support all ADP activity as a functional expert and report writer; utilize HRIS systems and computer software programs to maintain records, create and design reports, and create supporting documentations, forms and materials as needed

+ Manage benefits enrollment process and determine eligibility and assist team members with benefits claim issues and plan changes in partnership with vendor.

+ Daily HR support address team member queries; conduct employment verification; address unemployment claims as needed

+ Leave Management: coordinate and process workers compensation, ADA (reasonable accommodations), and FMLA claims

**Your Education and Experience** :

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. SHRM or similar certifications helpful.
