Description Our client, a large multinational Food & Beverage Manufacturing company, is currently seeking a **Human Resources Analyst** for an **8 month** contract with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located in **Chicago, IL.**

The hours for this position are as follows:


+ Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
**Pay Rate:** $22-24/hr

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):


+ Assist in managing central budgets and KPIs
+ Review Monthly Documents using advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables)
+ Support the Learning & Development Operations Lead on all administrative, coordination and resourcing responsibilities
+ Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings and events, including reserving conference rooms, scheduling virtual meetings, working with Facilities team, contracting with training venues, etc.
+ Coordinate department, team or office communication, draft correspondence, tracking and following up on incoming requests maintain a well-organized filing system for documenting and tracking projects and calendar management
+ Preparing presentation materials, advanced excel workbooks and other various documents for multiple team organizational performance reviews.
+ Manage vendor invoicing and team expenses
+ Maintaining a high quality of communication via email and phone with internal partners and clients
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years’ experience and strong analytical skills. This role will support Learning and Development Team therefore; training, leadership and development experience is a plus. High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is necessary for success in this role. Must possess analytical, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, planning, and strong communication skills. Candidates must also demonstrate effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
