Kelly Services has an excellent entry-level opportunity for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant with a premier manufacturing company in Rockwood.

As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager in a variety of functions.

Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires

Function as the primary trainer for all new and existing employees for document related issues, gage usage and other similar functions

Maintain and follow a schedule of training for all employees

Assist any and all employees when completing a task for the first time to ensure safety and accuracy

Re-certify trained associates to verify their skills still meet the requirements

Identify areas of weakness in the training methods and develop new and improved training techniques

Actively participate on Safety Committee and be a focal point for making training recommendations

Administer on-boarding and safety training

Responsible for employee engagement and assisting with company sponsored events and activities

Schedule-Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Pay-$14-$15 an hour based on experience

**Requirements**

Previous experience in an administrative role

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to comfortably interact with others

Previous experience providing training is preferred
