**Pay:** Starting $22.00/hour.

**Shift:** 8:30a 5:00p

**Job Type:** Temp to Hire

**Whats a typical day as a Human Resources Coordinator** **?** **Youll be:**

+ Facilitate onboarding including communications and documentation

+ Enter and maintain accurate data into HRIS including but not limited to new hire paperwork, job changes, location updates, job profiles and promotions, terminations etc.

+ Answer general employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and time away from work requests.

+ Maintain compliance with I-9s and perform periodic audits to verify data integrity in accordance with compliance and compensation guidelines.

+ Provide ongoing support to the HR department on strategic initiatives, with ad hoc reports and projects based on the needs of the team and business operations.

**This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:**

+ Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ High level of proficiency in MS Office, HRIS and ATS applications

+ Experience is ADP and Telestaff preferred

+ 2 3 years of administration experience is essential. HR experience preferred

+ Familiar with HR policies and procedures

+ Comfortable in a fast paced environment

+ Extremely organized and agile with the ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully.

+ Strong communication, computer and interpersonal skills
