**Kellys client is a premier provider of mental health services located in Dearborn MI is looking to add a HR Generalist to their team.**


**Requirements:**


+ Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field; may substitute commensurate experience, training, or certification in lieu of formal degree if currently in progress


+ Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources related functions, required; proven experience in employee relations, leave management, workers compensation, and performance management, highly preferred


+ SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR certification, highly preferred


+ Working knowledge of all pertinent employment laws and regulations


+ Proven ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet various deadlines


+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically

+ Excel and Outlook


+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills


+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills


**Reports:**


+ HR Generalist derives his/her authority from and reports directly to the Director of Human Resources for the execution of his/her assigned duties and responsibilities as outlined in this job description


+ Manages the organizations performance management program, including 90-day reviews and annual reviews; collects and summarizes data for HR Director and senior leadership

+ Provide support to managers in identifying and addressing employee performance issues


+ Update, maintain, and distribute employment posters, including Wage and Hour, OSHA, workers compensation, and federal and state employment postings

+ Manages the workers compensation process for all claims, maintaining reporting on claims for analysis regarding trends and areas for improvement

+ Manages the leave of absence process, ensuring adherence to FMLA requirements; tracks and applies FMLA and other available leave time; obtains recertification's as necessary

+ Provide assistance with recruiting efforts, as needed; including management of job postings, phone screening, facilitating and conducting interviews, and information management in Applicant Tracking Software (ATS
