Human Resources Manager needed for large Manufacturing company!
Location: Alsip, Illinois
Salary: $100K - $110K, based on experience

Our client is in search of the following:
*Experience in managing relationships with staffing agencies
*Human Resources background in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing
*Bachelors Degree is a must
Responsibilities of a **HR Manager** include but are not limited to:
Designs, plans, and implements human resources programs for a plant. Administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs. If applicable may be responsible for negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
You should meet the following qualifications to be considered for a **HR Manager** :
+ Establish and/or implement human talent strategies, programs and policies to assure company objectives in the areas of safety, productivity, quality, customer service, sales, human capital, cost and profitability
+ Partner with business leaders to assure successful deployment of talent acquisition/management, employee engagement, leadership development, communications, compensation, and benefits initiatives
+ Provide guidance to site leaders and/or direct reports that fosters a high-performance workforce and assures compliance with local, state and federal law
+ Support employee/labor relations process including conducting investigations, administering disciplinary action and preparing grievance responses as needed
+ Establish and analyze key HR metrics and provides leadership support to ensure site business objectives are met
+ Ensure cross-functional collaboration across the site
+ Manage staffing, training, employee relations and team performance to develop and enhance the Human Resources function
+ Maintain industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications
+ Ensure accuracy and completion of employee related data and documentation
