**Job Description**


Develop HR plans and procedures. Responsible for performing HR-related duties in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, policy implementation, employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance. Plan, organize and control the day-to-day operations of the HR Department that supports operating units. Work with branch offices to ensure best employment practices and compliance regulations to support business operation. Evaluates company policies, research changes in HR law, and makes recommendations. Support culture changes. Responsible for solving complex employee relations issues


Bilingual is a plus but not required.


**Requirements**


First contact for Field Employee Relations complaints, intake, and issues logs.

- Manage and tracks Field Employee coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance plans.

- Investigates employee complaints and charges of alleged discrimination, harassment and other unlawful activities; to respond to charges, claims or complaints.

- Serves as the HR subject matter expert with respect to effective employee relations issues, including decision-making, communication, and documentation to facilitate the preparation of written responses for administrative hearings, regulatory responses, and other types of legal or regulatory support
