Description Our client, a top international Healthcare firm, is currently seeking a **HR Manager** for a 4 month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located in Deerfield, Illinois.

The hours for this position are as follows


+ Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay is up to 50/hr

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):


+ Support the HR strategy, ensuring strategy is positively affecting the bottom-line of the business and that high-quality HR processes are being delivered to the business and correctly applied.
+ Partner with and provide consultative support to senior management and employee population for Global Support functions including Finance, Legal, Business Development and other functions as needed (IT, Communications, Corporate Services).
Qualifications:


+ 5 years of progressive global HR professional experience, prefer at least 3 years in a generalist role and at Minimum a Bachelor’s degree. Master's in Human Resources or Business preferred.
+ Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) is a must. Must have strong experience with VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
+ Strong knowledge of HR management components such as training, compensation, performance management, change leadership and organizational design.
+ Above average financial acumen for an HR professional
