*****Please note: we have two openings for this role! One with a home base in Revere, and a second in Tyngsboro. Both will have local travel between multiple facilities.*****

Kelly has an amazing opportunity for an experienced **Human Resources Manage** r with an established and vital company that just expanded to a new facility in **Revere, MA** . This is a **Direct Hire** role with a starting salary of **$120,000** and a robust bonus structure (up to 25% of your annual salary.) In this exciting role you will truly be a Business Partner with the local management team to lead all HR functions and maintain compliance with most industry regulations and company policies and programs. **This is an in-office role requiring local travel to multiple facilities** .

**Responsibilities include but not limited to:**

Provide HR advice and consultation to employees and management including coaching and counseling on performance management issues, conflict management, and interpretation of employment policies and resolution.

Implement and monitor company policies, programs, and procedures in training, compensation, compliance, and benefits to attract, retain, and motivate employees

Oversee recording and maintenance of employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations/separations of employment

Monitor division compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, unemployment compensation, and any other employment-related requirements

Coordinate with division operations and corporate/area Human Resources staff regarding all employment activity (i.e., hiring, employee relations, compliance, terminations, etc.) within the division

Assist in conducting and resolving investigations regarding employee complaints and concerns

Participate in local management staff meetings and assist with and influence personnel related decisions.

Coaching and counseling managers with performance management

Identify training needs and/or gaps and develop training programs as appropriate. Conduct training sessions including new hire orientation, classroom training, and additional leadership sessions

Perform or assist with necessary Human Resource related audits for specific locations

Implement succession planning and talent management plans to support leadership by identifying current talent and anticipating future needs

Oversee and direct the work of the other Human Resources staff or administrative staff members as needed

**Skills and Requirements:**

Ability to impact and influence decision makers throughout the organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or closely related field required; Masters Degree is a big plus

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role required
