Description Human Resource Manager

Immediate need for a Direct Hire Human Resource Manager in Richmond, Indiana.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

***** Perform full cycle Human Resources responsibilities for one or more business location(s) including, but not limited to: employee relations, recruitment, on boarding, mentoring, training, performance management, workmen’s compensation management/safety etc.

* Manage local Human Resources staff and resources; ensure efficient operations of Human Resources personnel; train, mentor and develop staff.

* Support Shared Services, Organizational Development and Training, and Operational Human Resources Departments on initiatives and projects.

* Ensure that HR policies and processes are administered consistently across business location.

* Conduct investigations in employee and customer situations, including but not limited to,harassment, discrimination, and violation of company policies.

* Facilitate employee relations issues as needed; provide coaching and conflict resolution to managers and employees.

* Record and manage employee information such as, but not limited to, personal data,
compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance evaluations and termination
information.

* Compile data and key performance metrics; develop reports and presentations.

* Demonstrate and reinforce behaviors as outlined in the company’s High Performance Culture.

**Requirements**

*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related business degree or years of experience with Associates Degree.

*3-5 years progressive Human Resources experience required.

*PHR/SPHR - highly desirable but not required.
