Kelly Services is seeking temporary **Human Resources Managers** for an American multinational health care company primarily focused on products to treat hemophilia, kidney disease, immune disorders and other chronic and acute medical conditions.


**Job Title: Human Resources Manager**

Location: Round Lake, IL 60073

Job Type: Temporary (FMLA coverage)

Length: 2-Weeks (possible longer)

Est. Start Date: 6/14/2021

Pay Rate: $40 - $50 per hour


**DESCRIPTION:**


Manages the Human Resources function in support of Round Lake Drug Delivery. Which includes employee relations, rewards and recognition, performance management staffing, labor relations, employees services and activities. Support client managers in all people management efforts. Champions all initiatives for HR functions; leads continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities. Report to the Sr Dir of HR, ISC


**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**


+ Recommends, develops as required and administer group and individual policies, procedures, programs systems, activities and interventions toward maintaining a compelling work environment.

+ Respond to regulating, consulting and external auditors or agents and other visitors in regard to employees inquiries.

+ Responds, investigates and maintains proper documentation on employee relation issues such as, employee complaints, harassment allegations, and any other type of complaint following Companys procedures and applicable legislations.

+ Develops and facilitates training and presentations.

+ Maintains safe working conditions and promotes safe practices throughout the facility.

+ Perform exit interview, analyzes data, and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.

+ Support and actively participates at all Company sponsored activities.

+ Support management in preparing legal claims investigations documentation, coordinating interviews and court appeals.

+ Represent the Company al EEOC, labor Department, and any other entity as required.

+ Acts as coach and mentor to supervisors / managers on HR processes and systems.

+ Fill out all department documentation in compliance with all standards.

+ Administrate the Disciplinary Action and Absenteeism control Programs.

+ Prepare department reports as required (daily, weekly, monthly, annually).

+ Prepare expenses reports as required by Company policies (daily, weekly, monthly, annually).

+ Audits area under responsibility, document findings and suggestions to improve processes; assuring the compliance with all internal and external regulations and standards.

+ Performs internal audits to areas of responsibility and document finding and suggestions to improve processes.


**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**


+ Bachelors Degree (B.B.A.) in Human Resources, Business Administration or (B.A.) Psychology, Masters Degree (M.B.A.) (M.A.) desirable.

+ Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in a Human Resources generalist position at an exempt level.

+ SPHR or PHR certification desirable.

+ Hands-on experience in understanding, administering, and implementing local and federal labor law and regulations.

+ Advance computer skills and use of software application(s).

+ Excellent communication, inter-personal, and negotiation skills.
