Kelly is seeking a Human Resources Manager to work with our client, a large global non-profit organization, on a direct hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity to take your HR experience to the next level!


The Human Resources Manager will:


+ Supervise and train HR and Payroll Specialists and support the department as needed to achieve departmental goals

+ Directly handle HR tasks related to compensation, employee relations, recruitment, interviewing, training, development, employee benefits, and full employee life cycle

+ Approve submission and finalization of each weeks HR/personnel items

+ Initiate and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources

+ Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation

+ Develop departmental policies that comply with the organizations overall policy as well as with applicable federal, state, and local laws

+ Escalate issues to higher-level authority where appropriate

+ Advise managers and supervisors on classification/compensation options available

+ Prepare UltiPro reports and other reports as needed

+ Work with Business Manager to prepare for audits and provide information as requested

+ Oversee benefit forms from new employees and those employees whose status has changed from part-time to full-time

+ Process new hire enrollments and terminations on a weekly basis

+ Maintain all EEO/OFCCP compliance information and file the EEO and Vets 100A Reports


Qualifications:


+ Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field

+ 3+ years of professional human resources experience

+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills

+ Knowledge of contemporary human resources principles, practices, and processes

+ Working knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting human resources, including OFCCP compliance

+ Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs

+ Experience using payroll database, preferably UltiPro

+ Superior organizational skills

+ Ability to handle a large volume of work with keen attention to detail

+ Benefit administration experience

+ Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of personality types and be non-discriminatory against any employee on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, marital status, disability, or sexual orientation.
