**Overview:**




+ You would be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and assessing carrier/broker documentation as it relates to processing insurance billings using the online accounting system. The role is also responsible for providing customer service to field offices, clients and carriers to solve and deliver billing related needs.

+ Monday Friday

+ 8:00am-5:00pm

+ $19/hr



**Education/Experience:**




+ Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred

+ Minimum of 1-3 years of HR/Payroll or administrative experience.

+ Experience with HR systems, PeopleSoft required

+ Knowledge of Human Resources operations and policies preferred

+ High level MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) skills are required



**Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:**



Overpayment Research/Identification 50%




+ Send confirmed pay line report to Alteryx report weekly

+ Ensure additional information is loaded to RPA folder daily from WorkBrain, Sedgwick, etc.

+ Work red flag report generated by RPA and Alteryx on a daily basis, researching possible overpayments identified on reports and confirming or denying that an overpayment occurred.

+ Research MyTickets, PeopleSoft pay lines, PAFs, WorkBrain as needed to confirm overpayment occurred.

+ Reach out to appropriate pay submitters, i.e. managers HR, local admins to research red flags identified on reports.

+ Keep accurate up to date red flag log for tracking and compliance purposes and post to RPA folder cleared line items

+ Keep accurate root cause information including cause, party responsible, and source of overpayment

+ Update MWI for further overpayment root causes identification

+ Participate in and lead problem solving activities as a result of MWI information.

+ Identify and collect information to refine Alteryx and RPA report excessive information to better identify possible overpayments and engineer out false positives on reports.



Overpayments Collections 50%




+ Work all incoming overpayment tickets on a timely basis as defined in Standard Work and PMP.

+ Verify overpayment calculations submitted my employees, managers, HR, and payroll

+ Create and verify gross and net amounts of overpayments including tax, benefit, and other deductions for each check an overpayment has occurred.

+ Correspond with employees receiving overpayments in order to set up repayment plans, by letter (primary), phone or email as needed.

+ Set up PeopleSoft to make payroll deductions with applicable.

+ Receive and process with Accounts Payable/Finance any personal checks for repayments.

+ Send termed employees to collections per overpayment policy.

+ Keep accurate up to date overpayment log for tracking and compliance purposes.

+ Manage the dispute process for overpayments with the assistance of employee HR, Manager and Payroll Services manager.

+ Follow Overpayment Policy parameters and standard work.

+ Must be able to identify root cause and provide solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Analysis and problem-solving skills required

+ Must have strong quantitative and qualitative skills; detail-oriented with ability to see the big

+ Effective team player with a strong team spirit, people skills, enthusiasm and premium customer service skills.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Communicates effectively with others and demonstrates good listening skills

+ Resolves conflicts and negotiates with others in respectful manner
