_Looking for a fast-paced Recruiting atmosphere with an outgoing and hardworking team?_



Our client in Fort Mill, SC is looking for a talented Recruiter to assist in their hiring operations for future upcoming job positions. The position will be **first shift** (hours are 8am-5pm, M-F) and working on-site in a team atmosphere. The role has a pay rate of **$17-22.00/hr** , depending on experience (DOE). This position is eligible for Kelly Services benefits which can include Medical, Dental, Vision coverage. We also support you, as the candidate, with a dedicated Kelly Rep should you have any daily issues or questions.



Typical Job Duties include (but are not limited to):




+ Working closely with hiring managers to fill current job openings by recruiting, sourcing, researching, screening and interviewing potential candidates.

+ Working with Senior Recruiters and hiring managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills required to fill vacant positions.

+ Initiate contact with potential candidates for specific job openings.

+ Assist in the review of applications and interviews of applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.

+ Screen and refer candidates for additional interviews with others within the organization.

+ Schedule interviews with potential and qualified candidates for specific job openings.

+ Assist in preparing and mailing new-hire and employment offer letters and packets for potential candidates.

+ Assist Recruiters in contacting External Recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.

+ Assist with the utilization and identification of Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.

+ File and maintain employment records for future references; ensure compliance with applicant tracking requirements.

+ Write and place job advertising in various media; coordinates internal job postings; utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and potential candidates.

+ Perform reference and background checks.



Must Have Requirements:



High School Diploma (strong preference for candidates with Associates/Bachelor's Degree)



At least two years of related, **human resources recruiting-only-experience** in an office environment (non-retail)



Strong consultative and communication skills



Strong practice in grammar and writing



Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook



Able to multi-task, have strong attention, and ability to work in a team environment
