**Human Resources Representative:**


**Basic Functions:**


Responsible for all Employee Relations, Training Program, SNE/HNE Staffing and Employee Activities Programs in their respective shift to assure compliance with all Regulatory Requirements. Responsible for the implementation and evaluation of HR programs to support business needs. Process documents related to new employees, as well as other documents related to the Human Resources office. Verify completion of information required, create positions and updates all information in HRIS. He/she will be the primary contact for all general HR questions and resolutions.


**Task & Responsibilities:**


1. Advises and counsels all supervisory levels personnel on company, regulations, policies, processes and practices pertaining to human resources administration.

2. Handles employee complaints and facilitates effective communication with employees in responsibility related area.

3. Keep and maintain the Disciplinary Action Log.

4. Responsible to generate monthly reports as: Turn Over, Head Count, Time to Fill, Contractors, etc.

5. Review and approve change orders as Training Administrator Backup

6. Provide support in Round Table Meetings for all shifts with General Manager and Sr HR Director or HR Manager as required.

7. Lead or support plants Employee Activities and the Recognition Program.

8. Using computer software composes and transcribes reports, letters, memos, tables, graphics, job bids for SE, SNE and Hourly positions.

9. Provides New Hire Orientation to all employees.

10. Will be responsible for the preparation of personal actions such as promotions, resignations, suspensions and internal transfers.

11. Support the benefits area; supports flexible benefits re-enrollment, including communication of plan and plan changes, coordinates all employee meetings regarding re-enrollment, 1165(e) and other various benefit presentations as appropriate.

12. Maintain the Plant Organizational Chart process.

13. Provides support on weekly, monthly and quarterly audits.

14. Work with the corrective actions found in the internal and external audits.

15. Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and performs other functions related to the position.

16. Maintain HRIS data entry on employee records, title, supervisors and roles.

17. Create, maintain and update plant Job Descriptions.

18. Responsible for the Maricao SNE/HNE staffing process.

19. Responsible for the preparation and control of Job Postings for all vacant positions.

20. Responsible of SNE/HNE candidate sourcing, conducting first line screening, Interview process, emailing screened candidates resumes to hiring manager, coordinates interviews of selected candidates, provides status update to candidate and prepare letters to not selected candidates.

21. Generate offer letter, create employee file and complete HR workflow with new hire data.

22. Prepare and Coordinate the Onboarding Agenda.

23. Keeps appropriate file systems to comply with legal requirements, such as Job Postings, Applicant Flow Log, etc.

24. Any other task that is requested by Sr HR Director or HR Manager

25. Generates reports from HRIS as requested.

26. Comply with the FDA, ISO and Quality Manual requirements for all audit process.


**Qualification Requirements:**


**-** Have good written and oral communication skills.


- BBA. in Human Resources or related field.


- 5-7 Years of experience in related field.
