Seeking Experienced Human Resources Assistant

Here is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least two years of administrative support experience, utilizing basic databases and applicant tracking, solid customer service, strong verbal communication and ability to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours for a 3 month project.

In this role, you will be supporting multiple individuals with the Human Resources department, but not limited to:

- Providing administrative support to Staffing Manager and Coordinator

- Customer Service to Visitors and Callers

- HR Services

- Assist in recruiting processes

- Documenting in an applicant tracking system.

Minimum Requirements

1. Two years of secretarial, administrative support experience. Responsibilities including basic database and applicant tracking experience. Human Resources experience would be a plus.

2. Demonstrated work history of providing high quality, strong customer-oriented services including: problem solving orientation; strong listening skills; coordination of work effort with others and teamwork; history of coordinated work effort with extensive follow-through and follow-up; experience identifying customer needs; conflict resolution; ability to put customer before self.

3. Demonstrated ability to succeed in a team-oriented environment.

4. Solid personal and interpersonal skills including high energy level; cheerful, positive disposition

5. Strong verbal communication skills

6. Strong work ethic; -can do,- problem solving attitude; flexible and adaptable.

7. Demonstrated ability to efficiently organize and manage large amounts of information (applications, application materials, for example); attention to detail; well organized.

8. Ability to work successfully in a high stress environment, handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Demonstrated history of on-time delivery of assignments and anticipation of issues.

9. Ability to appropriately use and demonstrated proficiency with standard office productivity software - word processing at the advanced level; spread sheet at the intermediate level.

10. Ability to speak clearly and communicate proficiently in English

11. Good basic math skills.

12. Proficiency in keyboard skills at 35 wpm

13. Ability to work successfully in an environment without documented work processes; ability and interest in creating documentation and documenting work processes.

14. Consistent and timely attendance.

15. Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule.
