My name is George Rogers and I am a Recruiter with Kelly Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 workforce solutions company. We are currently seeking to fill a Project Manager Lead, Business & IT, located in El Dorado Hills, CA. I have attached the details of the opportunity below:

**_Duration: 6+ months_**

**_Pay: $60.00 - $70.19/HOUR_**

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages the design, development and/or implementation of new or enhanced systems projects or programs with business emphasis. Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project and meeting interim deadlines of project. Communicates with internal and external parties on project status. Prepares reports for management review. Scope and complexity of projects may vary. May have managerial responsibility for staff. Responsibilities: Has responsibility for the largest/most complex projects/clients/products/ programs. As part of senior management team implements strategic direction for the project, business unit or function.

Given the high profile and sensitive nature of this work, all program team members may be required to have or acquire:


+ Proven success at rapidly leading high priority and/or highly sensitive projects.
+ Proven success at working across an enterprise (5,000 employees and greater), and within all levels of an organization.
+ Demonstrated strengths at thriving in highly ambiguous and evolving environments, as well as high profile, urgent situation
**Responsibilities**


+ Works on extremely complex projects (or multiple projects) spanning across business areas where analysis requires evaluation of intangible variance factors
+ Able to impact beyond area of responsibility and serve in interim leadership roles as needed
+ Ensures strategic direction of projects is in line and designs strategies for alignment with Company and business unit goals and objectives
+ Consults and makes recommendations to senior management/executives on significant issues.
+ Ability to interact with all levels including senior management and influence decision-making
+ Proven ability to determine key business issues, develop effective action plans and implement to successful conclusion
+ provide project level analysis, reporting and issues management,
+ delivers regular communications and project status reports to management, stakeholders, and the project team
+ coordinates efforts to estimate and scope proposals
+ manages project costs within the approved capital and expense budgets, including trend analysis and appropriate communications and support should budget adjustments be warranted
+ provides accurate project expenditure and necessary accruals to the finance team
+ creates and maintains project plans, manages the project budget, and is accountable for creating timely and high quality phase gate deliverables
+ ensures the project is on track and within budget,
+ assists in the resolution of conflicts regarding resources, deadlines and standards
+ demonstrates sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques, in support of delivering the project deliverables
+ assists in conducting team building/development activities,
+ manages and develops a team of project resources who will be responsible for the delivery and execution of the project, including mentoring other project managers
+ contributes to performance appraisals for team members,
+ participates in recruiting, hiring and on-boarding of team members,
+ makes presentations to IT management, sponsors, and/or vendors,
+ works with cross-functional teams to lead planning efforts, including value analysis and modeling, sequencing, and prioritization to maximize the effectiveness of integrated projects,
+ ensures collaborative relationships are built and maintained to advance project planning, and
+ coordinate with the Project Drivers, IT integration and Member Migration Project Managers, business stakeholders
**Qualifications**


+ Significant proficiency required in MS Project, PlanView, Clarity or similar project management tool
+ Demonstrated experience in cross-functional, cross-disciplinary project management/project leadership on large-scale corporate/enterprise-wide projects
