Looking for a new opportunity? Kelly Services is sourcing for a Sales Rep for a company located in the Sharonville area. This position is a primarily work from home role, but qualified candidates must be willing to come into the Sharonville location weekly.

Duties Include

Prospects for potential customers within assigned territory

Calls on corporate managers, engineers, architects, or other professional and technical personnel to convince prospective client of desirability and practicability of products and services offered.

Able to create and perform effective technical presentations for Company products.

Able to review and explain mechanical and electrical drawings

Can prepare technical proposals including detailed quotations of Company products and services.

Have good interpersonal skills and good at customer relationship management

**Requirements**

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years- related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with heavy equipment sales background.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems, Internet software, PowerPoint, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Part of the responsibilities for this position may require driving several hours per day to reach the prospecting customers facilities. The employee must be able to spend up to 8 hours per day seated controlling a motor vehicle. Employee must possess a valid driver-s license and insurable motor vehicle record (MVR).

Travel and overnight(s) stay require.
