Description **Industrial Sales Engineer Position Available (Direct Hire) - Cincinnati, OH area**

**Kelly Services is currently seeking an Industrial Sales Engineer for one of their top packaging clients in the Cincinnati, OH area.**

We are in search of a candidate based in Cincinnati who will take a leadership role in our development of U.S. market expansion. Our global client list includes many of the world's largest companies and we would like to grow our US/North American business significantly in the next five years.

The main purpose of this position is to introduce our company in the US market, interact with major industrial, manufacturing and engineered product clients to establish business opportunities. Then, work to meet the demand within existing sites or by expansion through greenfield or acquisition growth.

In this position you can expect to have frequent interaction with Executives, Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Product Management, and as well as external prospect / client facing interactions.

**Overview:**


+ Develop and maintain in-depth technical product functionality and operation knowledge of the crating, engineering and supply chain solutions.
+ Collaborate closely with Sales team members, prospects, and client contacts ranging from systems administrators, and end-users, to C-level leadership, to gather all necessary business and technical requirements to build successful, customized product solutions.
+ Provide technical sales support via a variety of media and formats, to include: trade shows, events, webinars, Q&A sessions, etc.
+ In partnership with sales team members, reply to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs with appropriate level of business and technical depth depending on the prospect / client organization, contact, and audience.
+ When a well-defined RFP is not part of the initial process, perform detailed requirements analysis to fully understand existing prospect / client infrastructure, current and future needs, motivations, and timelines.
+ Make presentations of custom technological tools that assist clients with the logistics and supply chain challenges of industrial packaging and export shipping.
**Required Qualifications:**


+ 10+ Industrial Packaging, Warehousing and/or Supply Chain experience.
+ Experience designing, developing, and delivering technical demonstrations of software solutions, with understanding of existing prospect / client infrastructure, current and future needs, motivation, and timelines.
+ Possess top sales skills as well as modern operational and management skills in industrial export packaging, warehousing and logistics.

+ Demonstrate exemplary verbal and written communication, and presentation skills; ability to tailor communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Strong command presence for both internal and external stakeholders
