Seeking Machine Operators for Career Opportunities in Northlake, IL.

Manufacturing company is seeking Machine Operators to run and work on machines that manufacture plastic food containment bags for the food industry. They will train entry level candidates to grow into setup and maintenance operators. Growth opportunities available, company will increase pay upon completing training and testing for advance positions. Safety is #1 at this Manufacturing Facility, it has an excellent safety record. It's very clean, climate controlled, and accessible by the Pace 309 bus.

WORK LOCATION: Northlake, Illinois on the 309 Pace bus.

Starting Pay: $13.75 - $14.25 - (Pay Increase opportunities, $17 after completing training)

Available Shifts: Work 15 days per Month = 12 hour shifts, four nights one week and three nights the other week. Must work every other weekend, but the regular schedule is only 15 days a month.

- 12 hour shifts, Rotating Schedule -Must be able to work every other weekend.

- Am Shift: 7am to 7pm or 8am-8pm, or 9am-9pm

- PM Shift: 7pm -7am, 8pm-8am, or 9pm-9am

JOB DUTIES: Manufacturing of plastic bags for the food industry. Will require standing for the entire shift, removing bags from machinery and visual inspection of all product produced by the machine. Identifying quality issues such as imperfections or color variances and reporting issues to the manager. Packing and sorting through product as needed.



1. High school diploma or GED required.

2. Able to learn basic machine maintenance and setup such as lock-out/tag-out, change outs, corrections, size changing, troubleshooting, replace parts, PMs and complete all required documentation.

3. Excellent attention to detail.
