Our client a leading Medical Device Component Supplier to the Medical and Pharmaceutical industries is looking to hire a Inside Territory Sales Manager.


**Inside Territory Sales Manager Job Responsibilities** :


- Manage a sales territory consisting of customers from across the medical device manufacturing market.


- Prospects and establishes new customers by managing a sales pipeline, developing and delivering proposals, illustrating and promoting the companies value proposition. - Sells consultatively by detailing products, determine customer needs and requirements, making recommendations to both prospects and customers of the various value added solutions which the company offers. - Works with sales management to develop strategic territory business plans for achievement of sales growth and quota attainment.


- Works in conjunction with sales management team providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth. - Builds and sustains relationships with customers by phone and ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Manage the company product portfolio of products while executing and implementing companys defined sales strategies.


- Leverage available resources to effectively implement company strategies and sales processes.


- Works consistently to develop and continually improve product knowledge, develop favored pricing models and improved account profitability.


- Provides a track record of sales performance and quota attainment. - Responsible for maintaining and updating CRM (Customer Relations Management Application) as required.


**Experience & Skills:**


- Understanding of medical device components call points - Excellent communication and team interaction skills, routinely interacting with customers and Qosina staff


- Ability to carry on a business conversation with purchasing agent, engineers and decision makers - Ability to handle difficult situations and interactions


- Ability to work independently and successfully manage time and territory


- Excellent analytical skills and ability to sell strategically within an account - Ability to understand individual customer operations


- Willingness to travel to customer locations, trade shows, etc. - Proficient in Microsoft Office


- Experience working with CRM Environmental Working Conditions & Physical Effort:


- Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.


- Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.


- A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.


- Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs. Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree or equivalent - 3-5+ Years Healthcare industry sales experience preferred - Science or Medical Technology background a plus
