Our Client is expanding and currently seeks a

INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER (Articulate Rise OR Articulate Storyline)



**For a 12+ MONTH assignment with possible extensions!**



**Location: Culver City, CA (REMOTE)**



Leverage your Program Design and Instructional design expertise including the content to support these programs, online and in retail locations across themes such as photography/video, music, art/design, and coding/technology - across customers and

audiences ranging from youth, entrepreneurs, educators, and more.




**In this role you will:**



Drive the ideation, development, and implementation of instructional content and experiences online and in retail locations worldwide

Partner with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Finance, Service Operations, Risk Management, and Legal to support the creative and operational execution of new experiences and programs

Oversee the quarterly programming calendar and workflow management for multiple projects simultaneously to ensure appropriate lead times for flawless execution, asset creation, feedback, collaboration and review

Oversee the development of all scalable guidelines and templates to enable consistent program execution globally

Oversee the development and management of the program equipment list used across all stores worldwide

Understand and track programming success metrics and goals to drive future ideation and program development

Maintain a global perspective on consumer, education, technology, and business trends




**What you will need for this role:**



BA required

5+ years of instructional design experience, digital and in-person

Must be resourceful, creative and results oriented, while working with high energy

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Extremely well organized, methodical and efficient, with the ability to independently problem solve in real-time

Collaborative, hands-on approach to work

Experience managing complex, projects and partnerships (both internal and external) with tight timelines

Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt and effect change efficiently and quickly

Maintain a thorough understanding of emerging retail, digital content, and experience trends to integrate these practices into plans to maximize effectiveness

Written and oral English fluency required; Additional language fluencies a plus

YouTube experience a plus
