**Full Time/Temporary**

**Schedule: Mon-Fri (8:00 AM-4:30 PM)**

**Job Description:**

+ Assist team by preparing and mailing DMV forms.
+ Calling lienholders for loan payoffs and coordinating paperwork for Letters of Guaranty if needed.
+ Calling lienholders to follow up on both letters of guarantees and on titles when appropriate.
+ Working follow up task and title direct issue lists. Plus other similar duties.
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

+ Strong attention to detail
+ Professional verbal and phone skills.
+ Familiarity working in a Windows environment.
+ Ability to work at a fast pace in a rapidly changing environment.
+ Self-motivated, team oriented, and detail oriented.
+ Comfortable with computer programs, attention to detail, takes direction.
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
