Post Grad: 28.50

Senior: 24.50

Junior: 23.00

Sophomore: 21.00

**Position Summary** :

Partner with a multidisciplinary team to explore the opportunities of RWD/E via Electronic Health Records (EHRs) to achieve clinical trial operational efficiencies. Access to aggregated information hospital networks allow us to attain valuable insight into disease progression and treatment pathways. These insights can assist in enhancing our understanding of disease management. However, to realize these goals, Janssen's clinical teams need to gain more understanding of the opportunities and challenges present for regulatory and technical aspects.

The successful applicant will focus on understanding the technology solutions in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) of data elements from EHRs and/or Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and find possible ways to integrate them with clinical systems used within our environment. Landscape analysis of key and emerging technologies and key players will also be required.

Skill sets Preferred: Analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial approach to find solutions, Ability to research and find information from diverse sources; Excellent oral and written communication skills, and familiarity with MS office suite and audio/video presentations.
