Description **Job Description**

Kelly Services is looking for a Interview Scheduler to be working in the Human Resource Talent Acquisition department at Western Digital in Irvine, CA. This position is a long term, temporary position, with the possibility on conversion.

Provides administrative support for Staffing. Maintains files and personnel records. Processes forms, screens and evaluates candidates. Conducts reference checks on candidates, schedules and coordinates interviews. Posts jobs online, maintains requisition and advertising logs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Candidate interview scheduling

- Candidate travel scheduling

- Sends out and monitors interview feedback evaluation forms

- Conducts reference checks on candidates

- Inputs data into automated systems and audits data entry

- Verifies completeness and accuracy of documents

- Processes forms

- Maintains files

- Compiles basic statistics

- Provides information to employees

- Assists in complex administrative processes

- May track invoices or budgets, prepare check requests, or purchase orders for approval

- May prepare special reports

- May participate in project teams as assigned

- Suggests process improvements

**Requirements**

QUALIFICATIONS:

- AA/AS + 1-2 yrs related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Solid understanding of administrative operations of assigned area of HR

- Aware that governmental employment laws and regulations exist which govern work hours, working conditions, wages, benefits, record

keeping, hiring, promotion and termination practices

- Knows to reference applicable laws and regulations, and the company-s human resources policies, guidelines, practices and procedures before responding to inquiries or taking employment actions

- Able to read, analyze, and interpret company policies and guidelines

- Able to write business correspondence

- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees

- Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, vendors, contractors, and management in a professional manner

- Proficient at using a PC; highly proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Must be proficient calendaring in Outlook and using Intranet/Internet

- Ability to maintain confidentiality, conduct business in ethical manner, present a credible image and accept and follow direction
