**Title:** Inventory Analyst



**Location:** Exton, PA



**Duration:** 12 months **Inventory Analyst**



**Overview**




+ The Inventory Analyst has a critical role in within GMS organization areas of the reconciliation of inventory between client and 3rd party CMO's in-line with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, identify and action of at-risk inventories and providing visibility to inventory values/commercial production volumes.

+ These responsibilities include the establishment, streamline and execution of processes that support best practices around global inventory management, reconciliation to 3rd party systems, identification of potential inventory is-sues and scrap and disposal process compliance.





**Responsibilities**



30% - Inventory Reconciliation Process




+ The Inventory analyst will ensure completion of work in compliance with the key SOX controls

+ Support the building and completion of monthly/quarterly inventory reconciliation for the external manufactured products

+ Follow up with Supply Planners to ensure timely completion of the required reconciliations and support resolution of issues as required.

+ Engage with CMOs as required to ensure issues are closed out quickly.





30% - Inventory At-Risk Process




+ Execute the process to identfy at-risk inventory (i.e. low remaining expiry, reject risk, product quality issues, pending reg approvals)

+ Ensure the timely completion of QLIK updates

+ Ensure discard material is appropriatley actioned in a timely manner (destruction complete and SAP maintained)





20% - Inventory Projections




+ Execute the process for the centralized storage and review of current inventory and inventory projections for all externally manufactured products supporting the Inventory Analyst and Controls Lead Manager

+ Ensure reporting is completed on time follow up with Planners as required

+ Support the updates of dashboard metrics for the visibility and reporting of inventory within each OpU

+ Support inventory projections for externally manufactured products





20% - Continuous Improvements




+ Support projects for continuous improvement of inventory management across the OpUs







**Required Qualifications**




+ Degree or equivalent.

+ Minimum of 3 years of relevant supply chain experience or finance preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

+ Experience in planning and inventory costing and management concepts and tools.

+ Experience with SAP and Excel.

+ Ability to effectively communicate and persuade others at every level to accomplish challenging tasks.

+ Experience in a multi-functional team role.

+ Experience in managing inventory in a Global Pharmaceutical environment.





**Preferred Qualifications**




+ Experienced with inventory reconciliations and product costing.

+ Experienced in inventory management processes.

+ Some travel may be required.
