**Inventory Order Management** **Specialist Bridgewater, NJ**



**1+ year contract assignment**



**Pay Rate: $28/hr**





Responsible for managing the customer consignment business, patient assistance program and Cash Model business. This position is responsible for product launch readiness and ensuring launch product(s) are received and stocked before launch date.



Order Management:




+ Manages the timely, accurate and compliant processing of stocking orders and drop shipments orders for customers

+ Provide timely and useful updates on orders to the customers and Dermatology brand team

+ Collaborates including reports, follow-up and more - with channel development and supply chain to manage through a variety of supply situations.

+ Review and monitor errors for EDI orders and ensure corrections are made in a timely manner.

+ Work closely with customer to manage inventory levels at both the distribution centers and store levels.

+ Monitors inventory level of the products based on the information provided by the customers / before releasing the orders.

+ Process any manual orders that may come in for Consignment Specialty Customers.

+ Communicates with customer; orders that are shipping the current week or being held due to a contractual agreement.

+ Track shipments to ensure all approved orders were released and shipped in a timely manner.

+ Track inventory information from the supplier portal to ensure orders are placed for products that are low or stocked out.

+ Coordinates trade activity for month, quarter and year-end activity to assure resources from a variety of areas are aligned to meet customer and business objectives.

+ Ensure service during disruptions (weather or otherwise) and other company closing including some holidays and holiday shutdown.



Product Launch:




+ Represents on launch teams.

+ Management of customers' supplier portal to ensure all new launch products are added timely and accurately to be approved by customer prior to the launch.

+ Assures launch readiness within the Trade Customer Support organization assuring all aspects are executed appropriately and on-time.

+ Keeps leadership updated on launch preparations and arranges for training of the team.

+ Tracks and analyzes customer order data to ensure pre-determined launch quantities are appropriately distributed.

+ Communicates to cross-functional team to ensure orders received are on target with financial expectations.

+ Works with key stakeholders, i.e. Distribution & Transportation, to coordinate order processing and delivery.



Analysis:




+ Provides updates on product orders and DC month on hand levels.

+ Provides a variety of reports to Trade, Supply Chain, Channel Development, Finance or others as needed.

+ Analyzes order management trends and make recommendations for efficiencies and other improvements that will improve the customer experience and company results.



**Qualifications**




+ Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years' experience

+ Solid project management and interpersonal/communication skills in leading teams to achieve project objectives and goals within assigned timelines o

+ Self-starter with ability to work in team environment and foster cross-functional collaboration

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Excellent organization skills

+ Effective presentation skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficient Excel (pivot tables)
