Description **Position Title:** IT Business Analyst/Manual Tester

**Position Type: Full-Time/Permanent**

**Position Location: Arlington, TX**

**Position Description:** Looking for a Business Analyst who has experience taking IT Requirements and working closely with IT Application Developers. The person in this position must have QA Testing experience (Manual), and an interest in moving into Project Management. Scrum Master/Agile experience highly preferred.

**QUALIFICATIONS**


+ 3+ years QA/Manual Testing experience
+ 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
+ Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile management methods (Agile preferred)
+ Experience working with external vendors and internal IT staff
+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
+ Must be organized, self-motivated and responsible
+ Able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel
+ Must be a team player, collaborative, approachable
+ Demonstrates facilitation and elicitation skills
+ Demonstrates leadership skills
+ Experience using JIRA or other project management / issue tracking software a plus
