**IT Engineer** **HYBRID**

**primarily responsible for the support and operation of Servers, Workstations, and O365 Collaboration environment. They will handle incidents and service requests with a focus on quality, root cause resolution, and continuously improving our services.**

**Responsibilities :**

+ **Resolve Incidents and Service requests from users and business IT teams primarily focused on Windows 10/11, Microsoft O365 platforms, and other Enterprise services**

+ **Perform maintenance activities around Security patches and system software updates in both Windows desktop and server environments**

+ **Monitor and resolve automated alerts in the server, network, and security environments**

+ **Identify and develop opportunities for continuous improvement based on data driven analysis of tickets, repeat issues, and technology opportunities**

+ **Provide high quality support to users and colleagues in a collaborative and growing business**

+ **Support activities around Mergers and Acquisitions as required including user and data migrations in O365 environments**

+ **Work independently in a small team environment with the ability to learn new technologies through formal and informal trainings and apply learnings to develop new solutions**


+ **Proven experience as an independent technical resource supporting and resolving incidents and service requests**

+ **Demonstrated experience with Windows 10/11 and Office 365 based environments through either Certification or extensive work experience**

+ **Proficiency with managing Windows Server platforms in an Azure environment, including security and patch management**

+ **Office 365 and Azure AD user administration and configuration including group and license management**

+ **Experience and understanding of support for a SaaS environment.**

+ **Knowledge of ITSM toolsets such as BMC RemedyForce, ServiceNow, or equivalent.**

+ **Understanding of, and compliance with, asset management and software licensing practices**

+ **Advanced data analytics skills working and extracting data sets into Excel and PowerBI**

+ **SOP development and lifecycle updates with a process driven mindset**

+ **Executive level support including White Glove support of Board Meetings, executive technology migration, and familiarity working in confidential situations**

+ **Hardware support experience including installation and basic troubleshooting of new installs of desktop and conference room components**

+ **Must be able to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals and teams in a fast-paced environment**

+ **Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint)**


+ **3-5 Years of experience in IT and Desktop support**

+ **Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field desired**

+ **Proven team player who is not only able to provide, but accept creative ideas, strategies and criticisms as part of a decision-making unit**

+ **Strong written, spoken and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude**

+ **Desire to stay on top of IT technologies and trends in and out of their area of expertise**

+ **Demonstrated ability to quickly consume and summarize large amounts of information, spot issues early, then provide creative solutions to those problems**

+ **Must be able to work in a result-oriented, rapidly changing, and dynamic environment**

+ **Must be able to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and projects with various and changing levels of priority and difficulty**
