The Enterprise Information Management (EIM) project coordinator is responsible for coordinating three senior leadership team members schedules.

The candidate will be responsible for scheduling complex team meetings, arrange assignments and communicate progress to all team members.

The ideal project coordinator is a self-starter with years of project coordinator / executive administrative experience. In addition, the individual is a

strong team player with in-depth knowledge and demonstrated hands-on expertise with supporting senior level executives. Expert level experience with MS Office, Calendar, and MS Teams is required.

Experience with SharePoint, Office 365/SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework is preferred but not required.


5-10+ years of project coordinator / administrative assistant experience.

Strong ability to facilitate meetings with individuals and groups to gather, understand and articulate their business needs.

Experience with SharePoint web apps.

Excellent written and oral skills.

Experience in working directly with key stakeholders, team members, technical experts, and professional staff.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under minimal supervision.


The project coordinator is required to attend each of the senior leaders team meetings as well as group meetings and will coordinate, set and schedule agendas including at times, coordinating with external and internal guest speakers. The candidate is responsible for documenting meeting minutes, action items and will be asked to prepare meeting content when needed. In addition, the following set of job responsibilities are required:

1. Coordinate Organization Announcements for team and facilitate posting on IT SharePoint / Other.

2. Proactively Coordinate employee engagement activities (monthly/Qtrly/ etc.) for the supporting teams.

3. Proactively schedule appropriate recognition celebrations .

4. Manage site logistics for team & roll up to EIM lead.

5. Manage org charts & maintain headcount database for the organizations.

6. Execute Purchase Orders and facilitate new service orders for the team.

7. Prepare expense reports.

**Education:** Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or relevant software focused degree, **_or_** equivalent previous experience.

**W/2 Hourly rate: Open (based upon experience and qualifications)**

**There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.**
