Manages one or more non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design testing, and implementation planning). Regularly interacts with management. Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.

+ 6-10 years experiences as a Project Manager working in a matrix organization.
+ Coordinate and provide oversight for Workday application development, maintenance and production needs performed by different IT vendors and act as a liaison between business and technical teams
+ Clarity experience preferred.
+ Proven ability to lead/motivate others.
+ Both Waterfall & Agile experience preferred.

Responsible for all aspects of the project from original concept through final implementation. Utilizes the PM phases of initiate, plan, execute, control, and close to structure the project. As necessary, perform any other relevant duties to aid in the success of the organization.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance.
Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
Establish project deliverables and record detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables, using requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups) and the project charter
Developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project and execute the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals.
Monitor and control project work. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
Integrates vendor or sub-contractor schedules into an effective master schedule.
In conjunction with Procurement, develop and maintain a monthly forecast of project expenditures. Monitor and control actual expenditures and submit accruals. Follow established funding and change control procedures.
Ensures adherence to quality standards and project deliverable reviews.
Develops schedule in accordance to the IS system development methodology.
May communicate with a company executive regarding the status of specific projects. May communicate with a Senior Project Manager, Functional Area Manager, or Program Manager regarding status of specific projects.
Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, distributors, and vendors Responsible for managing large and/ or high priority/ high profile projects as necessary
Effectively communicate project plan and ensure a common understanding and expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, in order to align the stakeholders and team members.
Perform risk monitoring and control. Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk events in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project. Adjust project schedule to account for risk.
Responsible for gathering vendor quotes via Project Work Orders, RFPs, RFQ, and SOW. The PM is responsible to lead the team in the development of these procurement deliverables adhering to all necessary Nissan requirements.
Identifying appropriate resources needed, assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, and developing a schedule appropriate to the level or effort and availability.

**Education Qualification**

+ Bachelor’s Degree **MANDATORY** (No exceptions) preferably Computer Science, Information Technology or related.

+ **W2/ HOURLY PAY RATE: Open (based upon experience and qualifications)**
