IT Support Technician - Tier II

**IT Support Technician - Thousand Oaks, CA**


**Contract for Hire - $31.50-33.50/hr**


Job Responsibilities:


+ Provide 2nd level technical support to internal end-users within production and administrative offices.

+ Assist Head of Production IT in monitoring production services like, Production Order Flow, services, infrastructure, etc.

+ Respond and resolve incidents and changes according to SLAs.

+ Facilitate remote installation process.

+ Manage Active Directory, create users, computers, apply policies etc.

+ Prepare replacement/backup hardware for production, where applicable (e.g. Regular PCs milling machine


Skilled Required:


+ Excellent troubleshooting & problem management

+ Ability to package software

+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced technical environment

+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

+ Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

+ Flexible and adaptable to changes in business demands.

+ Must exhibit a passion for excellence with strong integrity.

+ Ability to build & manage strong working relationships with customers and peers.

+ Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism.


Required Education/Experience:


+ Minimum HS Diploma with 5+ years of relative experience OR

+ Associates degree or Technical school certification with either

+ 2 years' experience in Tier 2 IT support OR

+ 3 years' experience in Help Desk/Tier 1 support
