Description **Helpdesk Lead Contract to Hire Job in St Paul, MN**

Seeking a people oriented and technically sounds IT Lead to guide and mentor a small group of IT professionals during the second shift.

The candidate we are looking for does need to “Lead the team” on their shift as we spoke about. This includes:

+ Coordinating the proper workflow of tickets and support to ensure work is completed and we don’t go over our SLA.
+ Following up with other technicians on the work they are doing and helping them stay on task.
+ Taking escalated customer issues requiring conflict resolution.
+ Coordinating Lunch and other break requests.
These things are above Tier 2 escalations and projects.

Tier 2 duties include things such as:

+ Working with IT professionals at customer locations on advanced troubleshooting such as networking.
+ Helping Technicians with proper email writing, grammar, and spelling.
+ Other technical escalations above Tier 1.
