Description We have a client in The Woodlands looking for the following:

**Role:** Help Desk for Call Center

**You will be:**

Providing internal technical phone support for a large global organization.

**You will need:**

2+ years of experience supporting:

+ Windows | Active Directory | Mobile Support | Printers | Hardware | VPN |Internet | Office 365 | Sharepoint | Lotus Notes | Outlook
+ Majority of your experience needs to be phone support. This is not a desktop role.
+ Experience working in a fast paced environment
