**Kelly Services is hiring for Junior Loan Closers in Fort Mill, SC!**

This company specializes in home mortgages and is looking for a Mortgage Loan Post Closer. This position is currently paying $15 per hour on a temp basis.

Under supervision from the Mortgage Servicing Manager, this position is responsible for performing a quality control review of recently closed mortgage loans. The incumbent will ensure that all loan documentation has been accurately signed and notarized. The incumbent will also be responsible for imaging documentation and verifying data between the Mortgage Loan Origination and Mortgage Servicing systems.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

1. Complete funding and post-closing duties, including but not limited to scanning signed documents, uploading information to systems; verify accuracy, compliance and authenticity of loan documents and information entered into credit union computer systems.

2. Direct communication with members, third parties and employees to obtain documentation and information necessary to document the loan file after closing and funding/settlement. Contact members, attorneys, creditors or any other appropriate party to resolve questions about applications or to assist with completion of paperwork.

3. Monitor workload to adhere to service and quality standards. Involves monitoring and responding to email, fax, phone calls, and the loan origination system to ensure prompt and effective responses to members, staff and third parties.

4. Track, obtain, and review final title policies and address necessary exceptions.

5. Follow up after closing with members and employees for missing and/or incorrect documentation.

6. Ensure escrow accounts are set up appropriately in Servicing system. Address any loans that appear to have escrow account errors.

7. Meet quality standards for accuracy, timeliness, service and customer satisfaction objectives; working under high pressure and tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail is of the utmost priority.

8. Gain proficiency in the following systems and applications: the credit unions current core system for booking; the credit unions mortgage loan origination and servicing systems; Fannie Mae applications: Desktop Underwriter, Early Check, and UCD.

9. Provide assistance to teammates as needed by proactively seeking to balance workloads, address service challenges and/or assist in communications with others.

10. Perform any/all other duties and accountabilities as management may from time to time assign.

**Qualification Requirements:**

1. High school diploma with one or more years of experience in the mortgage industry.

2. Superior written and verbal communication skills with an outgoing, friendly personality. Information can be exchanged in person, in writing, by telephone or e-mail with a wide variety of persons, both internally and externally [outside the organization]; Active Listening: giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times

3. Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications, preferably including Fannie Maes Desktop Underwriter, MS Word and MS Outlook.

4. Ability to work well with people and to create a self-motivating work environment. Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.

5. Strong organization skills, high level of accuracy, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

6. Negotiation or persuading others to change their minds or behavior. Social Perceptiveness being aware of others reactions and understanding why they react as they do. Adjusting actions in relation to others actions

7. Service Orientation Actively looking for ways to help people solve problems or meet financial objectives

8. Complex Problem Solving Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Requires strong decision-making and quick-thinking skills and abilities

9. Active Learning Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making opportunities
