+ This is an exciting **DIRECT HIRE** role with **FULL BENEFITS** !

+ This is a fully **_Remote_** role!

+ They specialize in being the IT department for very large fortune 500 law firms!

+ These are tier 1 positionsthere are escalation tiers as needed. All tickets from emails and calls

+ We are looking for candidates in the Pacific Time zone (or Hawaii!) to work these business hours


**_The Details:_**


+ **_$22.00 hour_** payrate to start!

+ Merit pay increases every 6-12 months with opportunity for promotion to other internal admin, project manager, and network admin roles in house. #VALUEDEMPLOYEES

+ We need 1 Years of IT/Software Support Experience at Minimum for this end-user support role

+ We need Customer Service/Collaboration/Teamwork focused individuals


**_Service Desk Support Analyst OVERVIEW_** **_:_**


Frontline Managed Services, a growing and entrepreneurial company, is looking for new employees to join our team as Service Desk Support Analysts.


+ This is an exciting position where new employees can expand their career in IT, including substantial training and certifications over the first year of employment.

+ Working as part of a team, successful candidates will share our values and have an interest in working with the latest technologies to provide exceptional customer service in support of our clients.

+ We are a 24/7 operation.

+ A variety of shifts are available, and you must be able to work flexible shifts.


**Primary duties for the Service Desk Support Analyst will include** **but are not limited:**


+ Serve as the initial contact for reporting technical issues, and answering questions regarding upgrades, installations, and other software/hardware/network issues.

+ Accurately diagnose client technical issues; gather the necessary information; and perform standard, preliminary research using all relevant available resources.

+ Effectively implement the steps found in available resources by following the instructions and using a variety of remote access, user admin, and related tools.

+ Clearly and thoroughly document requests for assistance in our ticket management system, and track incidents through to resolution/escalation (per client guidelines).

+ Escalate unresolved issues to Team Leads.

+ Identify potential outages and other problems (via information gathering, ticket trends, etc.) and communicate the information to Team Leads in a timely manner.


? **Job Qualifications & Skills:**


+ 1-2 years of experience in an end-user support role.

+ 1-2 years of analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Experience in a Service Desk environment a plus

+ Must be able to work flexible schedule


**_Additional Details:_**

+ There is no per diem with this position and must be able to work on W-2 hourly basis.
