Kelly Services is looking for a General Laborer for one of their clients in Waukesha, WI for a temp to hire opportunity.


**Pay rate: $15.00/hr**


**Shift: 1st Shift- 6:00am-2:30pm**


Job Summary - Our client is seeking a General Laborer to complete manufacturing processes or tasks outside of the manufacturing processes to ensure work is completed to high degree accuracy. Responsibilities: Adhere to Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and department safety requirements to ensure safe completion of all working tasks as needed and provided by Bridgestone. Basic Skills Required:


Requires High School diploma or GED Equivalent

Must be able to communicate verbally, read, and write in English

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Perform various manufacturing operations (Material Handling, Deburr, Hone, Drill, Plate, Machining, or Packaging) if required

Inspect product to required inspection plans while working manufacturing operations if required

Update ERP system (Flow) to maintain accurate job status and ensure transactional accuracy if required

Complete daily preventative maintenance tasks and checks on the machines/equipment to ensure high levels of availability if required

Participate in department continuous improvement activities to enable a clean, safe, and rewarding department atmosphere

Provide specific cleaning, stocking and boxing services provided by our client at their facilities

Other Ad hoc duties as required.
