Kelly Services is currently seeking a **Lab Technician** for one of our top clients in Alexander, AR.

**Projected Duration** : 04/04/2018 to 10/03/2018

**Type** : Contract

**Pay Rate** : $13

**Hours** : 8-5pm

**Qualifications:**


+ Able to lift at least 50 lbs daily (3 to 5 gallon pails)
+ Able to stand for 6 hours in lab
+ Engineering, Chemistry, or Science Major
+ Some bench work experience (during college or professionally)
+ SAP experience a big plus
+ Excel, Outlook, & Access experience desired
+ Prior professional lab experience desired
+ Able to be flexible with job tasks and possible abrupt job scope changes (without becoming frustrated)
+ Good communicator (written & oral)
+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment and a quick learner
**Job Responsibilities include but not limited to** :


+ Mainly responsible for product testing (bench chemistry) in a laboratory environment.
+ Conducts chemical and physical laboratory tests of solid materials, liquids, and gases, and analyzes test data
+ Sets up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for tests, research, or process control.
+ Tests and analyzes products to determine strength, stability, purity, chemical content, and other characteristics.
+ Documents results of tests and analyses.
