**Laboratory Compliance Specialist**

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a **Laboratory Compliance Specialist** for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville FL

**Job Description:**


+ Knows how to do safety training for new employees

+ Have exposure to ensuring test plans, lab safety compliance, comfortable reading an MSDS, looking for expired chemicals, knowing GMP documentation to change the labels

+ MSDS, write safety protocols

+ Services shall include, and be performed in accordance with, the following: Responsible for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly safety inspections of all Vision R D Laboratories and office areas.

+ All Out of Compliance issues will be documented, and proper Vision Care personnel will be notified of the issue/non-compliance

+ Findings must be tracked for corrective action by entering a Good Save into the corporate system and tracking it to completion.

+ Responsible for monthly report-out of all non-conformances identified by locations and type Interact with Vision personnel during audits and inspections in association with the safety inspection program SME and category owner of SGOP-0024 for overall R D organization Learn and maintain the inspection system Gensuite for all R D related inspections Maintain the laboratory contact list and ensure that lab entrance information is up to date

+ Act as back up for another R D Compliance contractor role


**Experience:**


Bachelor degree preferred


Experience with GLP GMP or a regulated environment helpful


2 year of industry experience


SOP and audit work
