**Job Description**

Kelly Services has teamed up with a testing services provider, supporting pharmaceutical, biotech manufacturing companies and seeking a kit building associate for the Seattle WA location.

Mon - Fri

Position Responsibilities:

Constructs specimen collection kits for sites involved in phase I-IV human clinical trials and ships them both domestically and internationally in compliance with international law and IATA regulations.

Monitors supply requests to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and uses Excel tools to track and manage inventory, expiration dates, and outgoing shipments.

Conducts in-house and off-site archival of laboratory documentation.

Provides administrative support to the laboratory teams as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

- Must be detail oriented, well organized and committed to mastering documentation standards related pharmaceutical clinical trials.

- Experience with shipping domestically and internationally

- Familiarity with inventory management

- Desired experience in data entry and reconciliation.

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel and Word.

- Good communication and writing skills and able to work effectively in a team.
