Kelly Science is seeking a **Laboratory Technician** for a growing biotechnology company located in **Ipswich, MA.**


**Shift:** Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm


**Employment type:** 12-month contract with possible extension

**Summary:**


As the Laboratory Technician, you will be a member of the production team. You will be responsible for assisting in automated plate filling, bottle filling and labeling to produce the companys high throughput sequencing product line.


**Job duties include:**


+ Perform and assist in the routine filling of liquid handling products

+ Responsible for routine plating

+ Prepare test materials such as buffers

+ Seal, close, transport, and store inventory of completed products


**Qualifications:**


+ Bachelors degree in engineering, molecular biology, biochemistry or a related science field.

+ Minimum of 6 months of industry related experience preferred

+ Experience operating automated liquid handling systems

+ Ability to work in fast paced environments
