We seek a highly motivated and energetic Manufacturing Technician to join our Operations team. An ideal candidate will have some ISO and GMP experience, but be able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced and growing start-up environment. The Manufacturing Technician will work closely with Manufacturing Associate Scientist s on tasks that will involve following established procedures and protocols to organize, maintain, label, and receive components and final product inventories as well as assist in various departmental tasks and equipment maintenance under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor. This position requires a high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.


+ Execute job functions on a daily basis with minimal supervision, including but not limited to; filing inventory, assist in fill and finish functions, assist in receipt of inventory, and organizing finished goods.

+ Receive, organize, and verify probe and consumable inventories.

+ Monitor equipment and equipment logs and calibration due dates.

+ Participate in general laboratory maintenance functions such as general cleaning of facility, cleaning of lab ware and completion of weekly maintenance checklists needed for probe manufacture to occur.

+ Support Manufacturing Associate Scientist s to ensure timely probe formulation by assisting where needed, in the above mentioned job functions.

+ Assist in preparing and execute inter-departmental material transfers using established procedures.

+ Assist in other areas of manufacturing deemed high priority such as special builds, bulk orders, inventory counts.


+ Participate in inventory counts and material discards.

+ Perform some equipment maintenance; de-frost Freezers and Refrigerators, monthly cleaning etc.

+ Cross train in other related functional areas deemed high priority to serve as a back-up.


+ 2 years GMP Manufacturing experience required

+ Must be able to follow written and verbal directions and execute tasks efficiently and prioritize

+ Experience working in an ISO 13485 environment is a plus.

+ B.S. in Biological Sciences or A.A Degree is required

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
