**Kelly Services has an outstanding opportunity as** **a** **Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator in Irvine, CA** **.**





The LMS Administrators primary focus is to ensure the Managers, Commercial Education have the support they need for in-person training as well as all virtual training. This person will also support the development of additional capabilities within Summit and the remediation of any technical issues that arise. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple key stakeholders who often represent conflicting priorities. This requires the ability to be flexible while maintaining the ability to hit deadlines.





His/her responsibilities will fall into two major categories. First, the LMS Administrator will be responsible to load, update, curate, and maintain the online training courses on Summit, the J&J LMS platform. Second, the LMS Administrator will support the virtual training courses hosted via Adobe Connect.





**Responsibilities:**




+ Maintain and enhance LMS, Summit, standards, policies, and procedures

+ Course codes/descriptions

+ Naming conventions

+ Provide troubleshooting support for Field Sales Organization (FSO) on Summit

+ Password reset

+ Assign/reassign courses

+ Reset progress of courses

+ Mark assignments complete with authorization

+ Assign training curriculum

+ Track grades and completion for Foundations/Advanced courses

+ Edit Summit native quizzes

+ Develop and deliver standard and custom reports for stakeholders

+ Evaluate new LMS functionality

+ Actively participate in OneMD network of LMS Admins

+ Support BWI LMS usage globally

+ Maintain course catalogs, rosters, calendars, and schedules

+ Timely communication of updates and outages information to all key stakeholders

+ Maintain list of current user groups and make updates as necessary (new employees, transfers, and terminations)

+ Ad hoc projects related to key business functions





**Qualifications:**




+ Bachelors degree in related field preferred

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Ability to work as a team player who does what it takes to help the team succeed

+ At least two years experience supporting training/education digital systems (LMS); Summit

+ Ability to plan and execute to achieve goals and meet deadlines

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

+ Ability to work in a high-volume role with competing priorities

+ Ability to thrive in ambiguity and with significant self-direction

+ Attention to detail and willingness to ask questions to better understand the tasks
