Kelly Services is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Hazelwood, MO!


6:00 am - 2 pm M-F

Summary: Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory of spare parts and equipment to be used for repairing medical devices. Accountable for the accuracy of such inventory and the ordering of stock as needed so that customer devices may be repaired in a timely manner. Prepare and communicate to management daily, weekly and monthly reports that monitor inventory levels, utilization and key performance indicates for ATS.

Principal Duties Responsibilities:

-Schedule and reconcile ATS physical inventories

-Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports that monitor inventory levels

-Complete purchase requisitions to procure parts and equipment

-Create Purchase Orders in SAP

-Ensures inventory is properly placed in storage location upon receipt

-Generate, report, analyze inventory data for ATS reporting

-Reports any quality issues with ordered product to management

-Work involvement with special projects as required

-Perform necessary system transactions on SAP

-Must comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in Quality Manual -Must embody the Company s Vision, Mission and Values

-Other duties may be assigned Supervisory Responsibilities:


BS/BA Preferred 2-3 years experience preferred

Working knowledge of SAP system highly desirable

Minimum Associates Degree

2 year Knowledge of computerized inventory control system MRP MS Word and Excel software experience required

Previous experience working with mainframe based warehouse management systems preferred

Knowledge of 21 CFR 820, ISO13485 and ISO14971 Language and mathematical skills; reasoning ability:

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
