Work less, get PAID more! 36 hours for 40 hours to be exact!

A growing company in Algoma, WI is looking for production line workers to add to their team! Temp-to-Hire roles with excellent opportunity for advancement and training!

The Slot Ticket Tailor provides support to the press operators by maintaining a clean work area, finishing the packs of slot tickets into the proper size pack and packaging them into the boxes correctly.

These positions are 12 hours, 3rd shift -5pm-5am, 3 days a week (Sun-Mon-Tues) or (Wed-Thurs-Fri) but you get PAID for 40 hours!! **MUST train for 2 weeks, on 1st shift (flexible schedule)!!

Stability, room for advancement, climate controlled environment, on-premises smoking permitted, flexible breaks (1-30 minute or 2-15 minute), on-site convenience store, sit down position rotation, and a great company culture!

Role and Responsibilities:

- Know and understand policies and procedures

- Know and understand the corporate mission statement

- Follows and maintains 5S standards and procedures

- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures

- If press is down you must make sure you clean area, remove garbage as necessary by taking it to the garbage room

- Look at order for details on packaging, amounts, boxes, and prepare carton labels

- Help operator with changing over job

- Aid Press Operator with Burst Test procedure

- If press is going to be down for more than 15 minutes, report to shipping table to be assigned different duties

- Move to another Press to tail if necessary

- Responsible for knowing and understanding all procedures for different customers.

- Responsible for removing all bad labels

- Alerting Press Operator if problems come up

- Responsible for calling Team Leader or Quality Assurance when problems come up.

- Able to operate various pieces of packaging equipment, including the shrink wrapper.


The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.

- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

- Demonstrates attention to detail.

- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; applies feedback to improve performance; monitors own work to ensure quality.

- Uses time efficiently; sets goals and objectives.

- Seeks increased responsibilities; asks for and offers help when needed.

Physical Demands:

Works in a manufacturing environment and will be required to wear hearing, foot, and/or other personal protective equipment while performing duties in a manufacturing setting.

May, on a continuous basis, stand for a long period of time and stoop, bend, and kneel frequently.

May handle, feel and reach for items in and around press area and continuously grasp product from a conveyor for up to 12 hours (4 hours at a time due to breaks).

Moderate to frequent walking and lifting and/or move up to 50 lbs (20 lbs repetitively) is required.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close & distance vision, ability to adjust focus, and ability to distinguish color variations, peripheral and depth perception.

The noise level in the work environment is usually medium to loud.
