Description **_LMS Data Coordinator_**

Kelly Services is currently seeking a LMS Data Coordinator for one of our top clients in Mansfield, MA.

As a LMS Data Coordinator placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in adjusting user profiles to the correct learnings/programs to ensure the department is within compliance.

This is a 2-3 month contract opportunity paying $18/hour and the hours are during regular business hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday.

**Additional Job Responsibilities Include**

+ Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
+ Enters data from a source document into a computer system.
+ Verifies entries for accuracy and completeness. May convert data from one electronic system to another.
+ Performs audits of own work or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures.
+ May work with stand alone data systems or enterprise wide tools supporting activities such as marketing lead tracking, fulfillment, manufacturing, and equipment maintenance or materials transactions
**Job Requirements**

+ Learning Management System (LMS) experience is a must-have. Please list previous systems on resume.
+ MS Office Skills - especially Excel
+ Critical thinking to be able to see when something isn't working as expected or data 'just doesn't look right'
+ 3-5 years of experience minimum, Bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
