Our client, an Irish-domiciled global multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company, is currently seeking an Loan Processor for a 6 month contract with the opportunity to be extended and/or go perm. The position is located in Overland Park, Kanas. The position will start out remote but the contractor should be located in and around the Kansas City area. When they return to the office, the contractor will work out of the KC Overland Park office

**Pay Rate:** **$** **19.00** **/Hour**





Extension/Conversion:

Extension Possible

This position is contract with the right to hire if a need becomes available. Manager will only look at candidates that are open to converting to a full time PNC employee.


Top Must-Have Skills / Candidate Requirements:

Specific control based auditing and operational process auditing.

Prior control audit testing familiarity with executing audit test steps to reach a conclusion on effectiveness of control

Ability to own work, make decisions, work well with others, communicate clearly and meet deadlines.

Strong communicator

Analytical skills

Organizational skills

Strong project management skills


Degrees/Certifications/Years of Overall Experience Required:

No, Prior relevant work experience most important

1-4 years of overall experience

Do not want to have to train someone how to audit, this person should know how to do that already

Operational experience highly preferred

Technology (IT) okay but not as preferred

Industry doesnt matter as much (restaurant, government, insurance) banking will go to the top of the list


What will separate an average candidate vs a great candidate on a resume?

Experience completing risk analysis

Have experience as part of an internal audit or compliance team

Experience compiling reports/summarizing findings

Experience in a highly regulated industry

Experience conducting audits in private or public spheres


Purpose of Hiring Manager's team:

The hiring managers team is part of PNC real estates first line of defense

They work to oversee and manage the operational and tech risk framework

Ensure controls that mitigate risk are operating accordingly.

Work with external auditors that audit the bank and respond to these audits


Day to Day Responsibilities:

Desk audit work (process based)

Risk and control self-assessments

Execute on control level testing

Core audit work

Work from the planning control audit stage actively through the walk through activities

Executing audits

Oneoff projects

Control testing, 4-7 controls every month


Business Need for this Role:

The worker hired will be assisting with risk and control self-assessments as well as execute on control level testing.

Additionally the worker with assist with onsite and desk audit work (process based).


Who is this workers main interaction going to be with?

Managers (5)

Team members (14) KS and other parts of the country

Highly collaborative team, but also have work that needs to be done independently

Skype meetings with video and often Skype audio


How will performance be measured?

Meeting deadlines

Work products are completed using the requirements laid out

Communication skills

Weekly and monthly touch points with supervisor and manager
