**Job Description**


Job Title: Loan Support Agent

Location: Chicago Loop area

Pay: $15.50/hour plus monthly attendance bonus

Shits Available: Monday - Friday - 7AM - 3:30PM, 9AM - 5:30PM, 12:30PM - 9PM

Type: Contract-to-hire


Job Duties & Requirements:

- Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

- Utilize effective sales and marketing skills to educate and advise customers on the Company-s credit products and features.

- Ensure customers complete and sign applications with accurate understanding of the product and features.

- Contact potential customers who have not completed a loan application.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent required

- 1 year of experience in a customer service role in a call center environment preferred

- Outbound call center experience a PLUS

- Must be able to type 35 WPM
