Kelly Services is now hiring for a Logistic Coordinator for our client in Northbrook, IL Temporary-to-hire . Pay rate is $14 - $16.00/HR.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process transactions quickly, accurately, and completely in the Oracle ERP system to ensure integrity between physical inventory status and system inventory status.

- Respond to emails professionally and appropriately.

- Receive and stock finished goods shipments from inter-organization Luminex entities for distribution.

- Promptly process all finished goods receipts requiring special handling (i.e. Refrigerated or Frozen) to maintain product integrity.

- Ensure that cycle counts are completed timely and accurately.

- May drive company vehicle and move parts between Luminex Austin buildings.

- Prepare bills of lading and other shipping documentation in compliance with all domestic and international regulations (IATA, hazmat, customs, etc).

- Provide freight quotes.

- Communicate directly with logistics carriers to schedule daily international and domestic shipments consistent with customer expectations.

- Order and restock supplies to ensure inventory available of packaging materials.

- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, partners, sales, marketing, planning, manufacturing, order entry and other internal stakeholders.

- Resolve basic problems relating to shipment delays.

- Assist in cross-training other team members and update cross-training plans.

- Review the backlog through-out the work day to ensure orders are shipped per the order schedule date, and resolve issues that put daily shipments at risk.

- Send a day end backlog update report as required

**Requirements**

Minimum of 1-2 yrs. of experience in working with GMP/ISO level documentation

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with hazardous chemical handling protocols

Experience with handling solvents, corrosives( liquid and Vapor)

Basic understanding of control circuits and sensing equipment (Thermo couples, level and flow sensor and pressure control devices)

Great attention to detail and commitment to excellence in review and work product.

Highly motivated and energetic team player-enjoy hard in a dynamic team environment.

Motivated to expand responsibilities and experiences.

Manufacturing experience highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to execute standard operating procedures reliably and with consistent outcomes.

**Highlights**

Salary :$14- $16/ hr

Shift : 2nd shift 11;00am to 7:30pm Monday - Friday
