Do you pride yourself on being able to provide real-time business solutions to your customers? Are you a can-do problem solver that anticipates barriers ahead of time? We are looking for professionals like you for a Logistics Technician role open in the Green Bay area.

The primary responsibility of the Logistics Technician is to create, monitor and complete shipments. You will be accountable to ensure that the most cost effective carriers are used. As a member of customer service, you are also accountable to handle customer relationships in order to achieve specific key factor goals. Daily duties include running reports, tracking shipments using internal and 3rd party customer web sites, as well as following up with internal and external parties to provide shipment updates. Successful individuals will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Suite programs, and be able to work successfully in multiple programs at a time.

Pay Rate: $13-$14/hour

Requirements:

- Analytical, results oriented, and high energy

- Ability to identify, resolve and eliminate discrepancies utilizing strong problem solving skills

- Organizational skills with ability to prioritize daily workload to accomplish a variety of duties

- Intermediate to advanced data entry skills required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010

- Ability to work in multiple systems

- Ability to work in exciting environment

- Positive role model for other team members providing support and enthusiasm.

- Work Schedule: Shifts and work schedules based on assignment availability. Full-time (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift) as well as part-time and weekend schedules are available.
